TSC-Jacobs History
TSC-Jacobs, Inc. was formed from a merger of two highly respected and successful sales representative firms: TSC Corporation “successor to the Florida office of Taulman Sales Company” and The Jacobs Group. Established in 1991, TSC Corporation concentrated sales efforts in the municipal water and wastewater process markets and grew to be one of the most successful sales representative agencies in the state. The Jacobs Group, established in 1965, originally sold industrial air handling and filtration equipment. Their transformation to municipal sales came in the 70’s and 80’s as new technologies and products emerged for municipal air pollution control.
Since the merger of the two firms in 2000, TSC-Jacobs continues the tradition of bringing quality products and dynamic services to the municipal markets of Florida. The company boasts an impressive lineup of water and wastewater equipment manufacturers, each with the leading products in their respective technologies. In 2006 TSC-Jacobs added a second office in Lutz, Florida that serves the North Florida and the Florida Panhandle while the TSC-Jacobs office located in Tampa, Florida continues to serve the South Florida market down to the Florida Keys.
